  Kit went above and beyond to help us find a home that would meet our needs in Santa Barbara in a highly competitive market. We did most of our home tours virtually with Kit's help.   I met Kit when she was selling a condo I was interested in. She was helpful and friendly from the get-go. The market in Santa Barbara was wild when I was looking and I had a modest budget and was outbid on two separate properties. Things looked pretty hopeless, as properties were limited and went fast. But Kit hung in there with me and encouraged me and eventually got me into a condo complex I had my eye on since I first started looking. I appreciated her diligence, knowledge and willingness to walk me through each question I had.   Kit has in depth knowledge of the greater Santa Barbara area, particularly concerning the many factors that affect the overall quality of life such as school quality, noise levels, etc. She therefore has great skills and intuition for evaluating the monetary value of a home.
