  I met Kit when she was selling a condo I was interested in. She was helpful and friendly from the get-go. The market in Santa Barbara was wild when I was looking and I had a modest budget and was outbid on two separate properties. Things looked pretty hopeless, as properties were limited and went fast. But Kit hung in there with me and encouraged me and eventually got me into a condo complex I had my eye on since I first started looking. I appreciated her diligence, knowledge and willingness to walk me through each question I had.
